Isabella’s Cake & Food Shop seating 50 was opened in August of 2008 in the leafy suburb of Groenkloof Pretoria. It wasn’t exactly easy to locate, but that was the craziness and I believe, the success of the concept! I wanted to challenge myself to create a special, cozy little eatery by making sure that each and every person left my place with a story to tell. Relying on pass by trade wasn’t what I had in mind. The entire concept was designed as a destination find…. Once you heard about it, you had to find it and once you had gone so far…. You were hooked! I was looking for a certain clientele, one who appreciates the finer things in life. Thereafter a second store seating 110 was opened in September 2010 in the area of Waterkloof Pretoria. And well, four Years later we have 6 beautiful franchised stores all in Pretoria.
